Powerhub Electrical is Here for You

At Powerhub Electrical, we understand that electrical emergencies, such as sudden power losses or malfunctioning lights, can be stressful and disruptive to your daily routine.

Fault finding

Identifying the root cause of an electrical problem is the first step to resolving it. Much like a doctor diagnosing an illness, our skilled electricians perform thorough fault-finding procedures to determine the exact issue before proceeding with any repairs. This approach ensures that we address the underlying problem effectively, rather than just treating the symptoms.

Common Types of Faults:

– Tripped Circuit Breakers: Often caused by overloaded circuits, short circuits, or ground faults.
– Blown Fuses: Similar to tripped breakers, blown fuses indicate an issue that needs immediate attention.
– Faulty Wiring: This can result from age, damage, or poor installation, leading to a variety of electrical issues.
– Power Outages: Sometimes localized to your home due to faults in your electrical system.
– Lighting Issues: Flickering, dimming, or complete loss of lighting can indicate wiring problems or faulty fixtures.

FAQ's

What hours do you guys work?

We are available 24/8! (Not a typo).

Our commitment is to provide continuous support and service around the clock to all our clients.

What do you qualify as an emergency repair?

An emergency repair is any electrical issue that occurs outside of our regular business hours (Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 4 PM). This includes sudden power outages, electrical faults, or any situation posing immediate safety risks.

If you decide against having someone out immediately, what are some steps you can do in the meantime until they come?

If you choose not to have immediate service, ensure that the affected area is safe for the next possible time for one of our electricians to attend:

1/ Turn off the power supply to the affected area.
2/ Avoid using any faulty electrical appliances or outlets.
3/ Use battery-powered lights to navigate dark areas safely.

Why do call out fees not cover any work done?

Call-out fees are necessary to cover the costs of our after-hours service, including booking, travel time, and paying our electricians for their time. This fee does not cover the actual repair work. Additionally, late-night emergencies may require a cooling-down period for our electricians, which also impacts our business operations.

Do you guys charge extra on emergencies?

No, we do not charge extra for emergencies. Our fixed price items are standardized to be the same as our business hours. Our call-out fee covers the time and effort required to attend to emergencies.

What Our Customers Say

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 – Outstanding Service at a Great Price!

I recently had PowerHub Electrical Company install a ceiling fan in my home, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From the moment William arrived, he was professional, punctual, and incredibly courteous. He took the time to explain the process, answered all of our questions, and completed the installation efficiently and flawlessly.

What impressed me most was the quality of workmanship at such a fair price. It’s not often you find a company that combines expert skill with genuine customer care—but PowerHub absolutely delivered. They treated my home with respect, left everything clean and tidy, and ensured the fan was working perfectly before they left.

If you're looking for reliable, honest, and top-quality electrical work, I highly recommend PowerHub Electrical. I’ll definitely be using them again for any future projects. Thank you for making it such a smooth and positive experience Brian and William.
