What Our Customers Say

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 – Outstanding Service at a Great Price!

I recently had PowerHub Electrical Company install a ceiling fan in my home, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From the moment William arrived, he was professional, punctual, and incredibly courteous. He took the time to explain the process, answered all of our questions, and completed the installation efficiently and flawlessly.

What impressed me most was the quality of workmanship at such a fair price. It’s not often you find a company that combines expert skill with genuine customer care—but PowerHub absolutely delivered. They treated my home with respect, left everything clean and tidy, and ensured the fan was working perfectly before they left.

If you're looking for reliable, honest, and top-quality electrical work, I highly recommend PowerHub Electrical. I’ll definitely be using them again for any future projects. Thank you for making it such a smooth and positive experience Brian and William.
Brian has helped with many projects for me and my family. He is super reliable and great with communication. He has so much experience, and great attention to detail. I couldn’t recommend him more!!
We engaged Powerhub Electrical to install 3 ceiling fans in our house. Brian was very responsive and communication was great in the lead up. On the day Brian and William were very thorough, clean and efficient in installing the fans. Also both were very respectful and genuinely nice guys!
I would strongly recommend Powerhub for your next electrical job!

Legal Responsibilities for Owner/Controller of Premises

Who is classified as the controller of the premises?

As per the Code of Practice for the Management and Control of Asbestos in Workplaces [NOHSC:2002(2005)], the “person with control” may be:

  • The owner of the premises
  • A person who has under any contract or lease an obligation to maintain or repair the premises
  • A person who is occupying the premises
  • A person who is able to make decisions about work undertaken at the premises
  • An employer at the premises

Persons with control of premises have a duty of care to:

  • Develop, implement and maintain an asbestos management plan.
  • Investigate the premises for the presence or possible presence of asbestos-containing material
  • Develop and maintain a register of the identified or presumed asbestos-containing material, including details on their locations, accessibility, condition, risk assessments, and control measures.
  • Develop measures to remove the asbestos-containing materials or otherwise to minimize the risks and prevent exposure to asbestos
  • Ensure the control measures are implemented as soon as possible and are maintained as long as the asbestos-containing materials remain in the workplace.
